Stamps will not be ordered unless your employer has a Permit to Practice (PTP) or you have a PTP or a PTP application is submitted and in process

Submission of the online order form requires payment by credit card. If you are not able to pay by credit card, please contact the PEGNL office.

***Due to the current Canada Post strike, there will be unknown delays in delivery of physical stamps. PEGNL recommends that only orders for digital stamps be placed at this time.***

Permit to Practice Requirement

Section 12 of the Engineers and Geoscientists Act, 2008 requires that anyone who proposed to offer or provide professional services to the public must hold a valid permit to practice those services. The "public" includes all natural and legal entities external to your employer. A permit to practice stamp must also be applied to any authenticated documentation external to your employer, in addition to your individual stamp.
