The composition of the PEGNL Board of Directors is set out in the Engineers and Geoscientists Act, 2008. It is comprised of nine (9) PEGNL members who are elected by the membership and three (3) public representatives who are appointed by the Minister of Digital Government and Service NL. The Board has also established several committees to assist them with the fulfillment of their mandate.

Engineers&Geoscientists Regulations 2011
The Engineers and Geoscientists Regulations, 2011 specify: i) the requirements for registration and renewal for various membership categories ; ii) the structure and duties of the registration committee, and iii) the discipline process.
By-Law No. 1 – Administrative
The PEGNL Administrative By-Law sets out detailed requirements for board and member meetings, membership fees and continuing professional development reports, and establishes categories of membership in PEGNL.
