***NEW*** Call for Abstract submissions for the National Conference, GeoSaskatoon 2023.
GeoSaskatoon welcomes all paper submissions, from academic research to professional practice case studies. We often overlook our own projects as not being “unique enough” to be submitted as a paper - but you’re encouraged, if you have an interesting project to submit an abstract! Abstract submissions are open until February 15th


***NEW*** Camp 20 is accepting candidate applications for the 2023 Ritual of the Calling of an Engineer. PEG-NL members who are obligated may apply to attend the ceremony on Camp 20’s website. The deadline for applications is March 31, 2023.

Future City is a free project-based learning program where students in grades 6, 7, and 8 imagine, research, design, and build cities of the future. Each year students are presented with a different theme. The Future City Experience is a flexible program that allows participation from both in-class and online learning models.


Leadership Opportunity: Engineers and Geoscientist BC (EGBC) are looking for a new Director of Professional Practice, Standards & Development. Women of STAC Bursary Fund, 2023 Application Period now open.

Awarded each year to select women, the Bursary Fund, provides financial support to enable the pursuit of training, professional development, and/or academic programs for women in the telecommunications field

Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) is looking for ways to make it easier to build houses that are affordable, climate compatible. Canadian Coalition of Women in Engineering, Science, Trades and Technology (CCWESTT) Resource Hub showcase strategies, action plans, policies, and programs from across Canada and the world to help your organization successfully support gender equity and inclusion in science, engineering, trades and technology (SETT)


Climate Risk Institute is offering multiple courses as part of the Infrastructure Resilience Professional credential, which will be of interest to professionals who are involved in the planning, design, and management of infrastructure.

This webinar will focus on those priorities as it introduces the White Paper Carbon Capture, Utilization and Storage Offshore Newfoundland and Labrador.
