***NEW*** WISE NL is accepting Student applications for the 2025 Student Summer Employment Program (SSEP). SSEP is 7-week paid work opportunity open to female Grade 11 students across Newfoundland and Labrador, as well as Grade 10 students in Labrador. The Standards Council of Canada is seeking individuals to represent Canada on its Mirror Committee to the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC).
The ISO standard Adaptation to Climate Change – Principles, Requirements and Guidelines is under revision and is being considered for adoption by the Canadian Mirror Committee in 2025. This standard provides a framework for organizations to assess climate change impacts and develop effective adaptation strategies.

Camp 20 invites engineers to attend the 2025 Calling of an Engineer Ceremony to be held April 25, 6:30 pm at Holy Heart Theatre, Bonaventure Ave., St. John’s. Pre-registration at https://camp20.ironring.ca/register/guests is required, and each registered guest will receive a ticket for admission. Only ticket holders will be admitted to the ceremony.
