Join us as DiversityNL facilitates a session on, “YOUR role in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging” Wednesday, September 18, 2024, 12:00-1:30 PM NST. This is session 2 in a 3-part education series held virtually through Zoom (Zoom meeting details have been sent to all members).

This session defines the concepts of DEIB and what we can do as allies and accomplices in creating safer and brave spaces. We will discuss the benefits of DEIB and how we need to shift our perspectives to be able to call out and call in when microaggressions happen in the workplace. Climate Risk Institute offers training and professional development courses that will be of interest for engineers involved in the planning, design, procurement, operation and management of natural and built infrastructure.
