Highlights from 2023 include the implementation of new organizational End goals, the appointment of a new CEO, the approval of new guidelines, continued linkages with the public, and becoming more informed on current and future trends impacting the professions.

Some highlights for 2022 are the revisions made to PEGNL's Ends policies, the establishment of an Environmental Stewardship policy, and the development of a Communications Strategy and Public Awareness Campaign (scheduled to launch in 2023).

Some of the key initiatives taken during 2021 include Proposed Regulations Update, Implementation of the Competency Based Assessment (CBA) system, Adoption of a new Environmental Stewardship Policy and Board Envisioning Exercises.

Some highlights of the year include A new ethics module for members, update to two existing guidelines, release of a new guideline, and successful online geoscience scavenger event for National Engineering & Geoscience Month.
